RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For items drop shipped from our supplier, any item that has been damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA) or have your order corrected. For items that are undamaged and unopened and are seeking return, they must be returned within (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. All shipping charges related to an approved return are your responsibility. Any item that has led to an allergic reaction can be returned opened following the completion of an Allergic Reaction Form and the proper filing therein.
